DESCRIPTION:Go to https://torrance.rec.us and search “Night Hike” to register for a session.  Must be 17 or older to register. \nTimes vary each month. \nNo walk-ins. \nVisit the Madrona Marsh Preserve as the sun sets and day turns into night. Observe and listen to the sounds of animals and insects as they begin their nightly activities. Come join us for this unique experience that will captivate everyone. \nLimited to 15 people total\, including children. Please cancel your reservation if you are unable to attend.Children must be registered individually with their own accounts.It is recommended that you bring water and wear closed-toed shoes. \nCheck in at the Nature Center.Inclement weather will cancel. \nIf your group is larger than 10 people\, please call the Nature Center at (310) 782-3989 or visit https://www.friendsofmadronamarsh.com/docent-tours/#OtherTours to learn how to schedule a Night Hike for your group. \n\n\n\nSecond Saturday of each month

Bird Walk is geared towards beginner and intermediate birders of all ages. \nPre-registration is now optional. \nPlease call the Nature Center if you would like to pre-register.
