Current members of the Friends of Madrona Marsh (FOMM) are invited to attend the 2022 Annual Meeting on Sunday, January 30, 2022, 1 PM to 3 PM. The 2022 Annual Meeting will be held online using the Zoom platform just like last year’s Annual Meeting. In addition to regular business matters, the FOMM Board of Directors will propose revisions to the FOMM by-laws be adopted by a vote of the members present at the Annual Meeting.
The proposed revisions are available at the link below in PDF format and are marked in blue. A printed copy will be available at the Nature Center for review by FOMM members. Most of the revisions are contained in Article III - Members. The Board of Directors endorses these revisions and believes they will simplify the membership process and eliminate members' confusion about when their membership starts and ends. The proposed revisions also eliminate the "Patron" and "Honorary" classes of membership that were never used.
