The Mardona Marsh wants to stay connected with our families until we can re-open the Nature Center.
Join Cindy Reid for the new Virtual Friday Fun on the interactive Zoom platform. There will be story time, a short marsh tour and a craft to complete at home. Each week we will focus on different Preserve animals and plants. The families will have the option of participating with chat, audio or video to ask questions.
Virtual Friday Fun will be offered every Friday, 10:00 am and last 30-40 minutes. We hope to add an afternoon session soon.
Families currently registered with Madrona Marsh will automatically receive a Zoom invitation to join Virtual Friday Fun sessions. You will need to register each week by replying to the Zoom invitation. Participation is limited to the first 40 families to register.
If you are not on the Madrona Marsh list for families and would like to be added to receive the Zoom invitations, email your request to jmercado@torranceca.gov
Each family is required to complete the waiver linked below to participate (one time only) and email to jmercado@torranceca.gov to participate in the Friday Fun program.
